We just wanted to update you on how our tree did this year. Each year Festival of Trees has a private opening night event in which people can go and bid on a tree. The silent auction is when most trees are sold and we were lucky enough to sell our tree quickly. The cost to create the tree and setting this year was about $400 which doesn't seem like a very big donation when talking about helping kids with medical bills. But, our tree sold for, drumroll please....................$1500!
We were so excited that we could help earn this much money and help a family in need. So as you can see your donation could double, triple, or even quadruple in value.
